Tarmed 29.2000 for neurostimulator programmation or pump refilling

Several health insurers have recently refused to reimburse the controls of neurostimulator and pump refillings  if these exceeded 20 minutes (more than 4 times the 29.2000 position ). An application was filed with the PIK/CPI (Tarmed). The latter confirms that the only limitation is 60 times during 6 months, regardless of the number of sessions. Controls of neurostimulator and pumps refillings can now be charged according to the actual duration of the visit, even if it exceeds 20 minutes.
